Lisa Ball brings over 30 years of experience counseling students in both Texas public schools and international schools across four continents. She has supported hundreds of students through successful college applications, including admission to top global universities.

A Texas-certified school counselor, Lisa has read applications for a university admissions office, visited over 200 campuses worldwide, and held leadership roles in professional organizations, including past president of the International Association for College Admission Counseling.

Her work with Cross Cultural Kids is shaped by formal training through SPAN and TCK Training and decades of experience. With two master’s degrees in education, Lisa offers practical, student-centered, and globally informed guidance to families and schools.
